THE GREAT PAGODA HALL

The Great Pagoda Hall has the largest and most beautiful Tibetan ceiling frescos. With its private rooftop terrace with view of the Swayambhunath Stupa - the Great Pagoda Hall is one of the most unforgettable spaces in Asia. Here every Tuesday evening the Kala-Mandap dance troop performs the trantric dances of Nepal. The Pagoda Hall is ideal for classical music concerts, art and spiritual events. Our house guests are welcome to use it for yoga, meditation and group meetings. For those who wish to create a truly unforgettable event, the Pagoda Hall and its terrace are also available for private banquets, parties and meetings.

THE EXPLORER'S RESTAURANT

The Explorer's Restaurant offers a complete menu of well prepared Nepali,Tibetan, Indian and Continental dishes. Many of the vegetables, salads and spices are hand picked from Vajra's own organic vegetable gardens. In the mornings you can enjoy a healthy and well prepared buffet breakfast with selection of home baked breads. In winter, a cooper hooded open fire place creates a cozy and warm atmosphere.
