The Explorer's Restaurant offers a complete menu of well prepared Nepali,Tibetan, Indian and Continental dishes. Many of the vegetables, salads and spices are hand picked from Vajra's own organic vegetable gardens. In the morning you can enjoy a healthy and well prepared breakfast buffet with a selection of home baked breads. In winter, a cooper hooded open fire place creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. |
